We have not published an unverified email or street address. The legally responsible GoodBuddy entity and formal contact details are identified in each customer's order or service agreement.

Existing customers
Use your GoodBuddy dashboard for account access and the support route provided with your plan. Include the affected telephone number, call time and a short description when reporting a call issue.
Privacy and legal requests
Use the privacy or legal contact details in your order form or service agreement. If you no longer have access to those details, book a call and clearly label the request "Privacy" or "Legal". We may need to verify your identity before releasing account or personal information.
Help with a call or booking
If you called a business that uses GoodBuddy, contact that business directly about its services, bookings, refunds or customer records. GoodBuddy provides the call technology but does not supply the business's underlying goods or services.
Urgent and emergency matters
GoodBuddy is not an emergency service. In New Zealand, call 111 for Police, Fire or Ambulance emergencies. Do not use the website, demo or an AI receptionist for urgent threats to life or safety.
Formal notices
Formal contractual notices must be sent using the method and address stated in the applicable service agreement. This page does not replace a notice provision agreed between GoodBuddy and a customer.
